In the morning, meet your guide and start your trip to go deep into Hanoi’s culture. You will then depart to Bat Trang Pottery Village passing the large rice field – typical scene of Vietnam countryside and go along Red River – the symbol of Hanoi in particular. Arrive at the village and go around to explore the pottery handicraft passing from generation to generation. This is also the most famous village preserving this type of work and their products are used widespread, even export overseas. If you have interest, you can join in an interesting activity of making your masterpiece from clay under the guidance of the artist.
After lunch at a local restaurant, travel to Van Phuc Village where silk is the main product remaining until now. You will be amazed by the skillful hand of the artists with the complete transformation from silk worm to silk fabric through various stages.
Continuing to visit a pagoda and a temple in the village if time permits. Return to your hotel with the remainder of the day is at your leisure. Meals on your own arrangement. End of our services.
