Day 1: Ha Noi
We will greet you at the International Airport of Ha Noi and take you to your hotel for check-in. After, take a half day tour to visit Temple of Literature – The first Imperial school in Viet Nam built in 1070 during the dynasty of King Ly. We will also visit Hoan Kiem Lake, Ngoc Son Temple (Jade mountain Temple), But Tower (Pen – shaped tower), Dai Nghien (Ink Stand) and the painted wooden and The Huc bridge. After we will take a cyclo (Pedi cab) trip around the 36 streets of Ha Noi ancient town and you will have some free time to shop in Ha Noi’s Old Quarter. Back to the hotel. Overnight in Ha Noi. (D)
Day 2: Ha Noi – Ha Long
08:00: Hotel or private address pick up with our shuttle bus. Short break half way.
12:00: Arrive Ha Long Bay, transfer by tender to the Seasun cruise, and enjoy welcome drinks. Check in your cabin and enjoy a real Vietnamese lunch while beginning your sail through the fairy land of Ha Long Bay, passing by Stone Dog islet, Incense Burner islet, Fighting Cocks, Swan islet, and Duck islet…
15:00: Drop anchor to explore Sung Sot Cave (Surprising Cave).
16:00: Enjoy kayaking and swimming or relaxing on the cruise.
18:00: Enjoy the complimentary sunset party on the sundeck with wine and fresh fruits.
19:00: Dinner is served in the cruise’s restaurant.
21:00: Retire to your cabin, have a drink at the bar, sing karaoke, join the fishing excursion or play exciting games. Sleep on the cruise. (BLD)
Day 3: Ha Long – Ha Noi – Lao Cai
07:00: Breakfast will be served while we start our cruise to a local Pearl Farm.
08:30: Visit the local Pearl Farm.
09:30: Check out your cabin and relax on the cruise while sailing on the bay.
10:00: Join cooking class demonstration (teaching you how to make our speciality, Spring rolls) on the cruise.
10:45: Lunch is served on the cruise (or at a local restaurant).
11:45: Disembark at the harbor, Ha Long city. Take our shuttle bus to return Hanoi.
16:30: Arrive back your hotel
After dinner, transfer to Ha Noi train station to catch overnight train to Lao Cai. Overnight on train. (BLD)
Day 4: Lao Cai – Sapa
Arrive early at Lao Cai station, near the Chinese border. You will be picked up by our local Guide and take a scenic one-hour drive up to the hill to Sapa. Then start a 30-min short journey south toward Muong Hoa valley, a stunning place boasting the largest terraced rice fields in (If your visit is between May and October, it will coincide with the local harvest time, a chance to see the local farmers in action). The walk takes you from Lao Chai village of the Black H’mong minority to Ta Van village of the Giay minority with a stop at the local Catholic Church, taking in the different traditions, cultures and costumes of the two minority groups. Return to Sapa and spend the remainder of the afternoon at your leisure. Early check-in is NOT included and subject to the hotel availability. Overnight in Sapa. (BLD)
Day 5: Sapa – Lao Cai
Check out of the hotel after breakfast and depart towards Tram Ton Pass. Along the way, take a short walk to Silver Waterfall and head to Heaven’s Gate, where you can see Fansipan Mountain – the highest peak in Indochina. A 1.5-hour downhill ride to Binh Lu includes a stop at Chu Va Village of Flower H’mong. Enjoy a packed lunch on the way. Trek to Pa Pen Village of Lu Minority where you can meet with the local people and visit the local school (closed on weekends). Return to hotel where you can freshen up before transferring to Lao Cai station to board a train back to Ha Noi. Overnight on train. (BLD)
Day 6: Lao Cai – Ha Noi – Hue (by flight)
Early morning arrival at train station, you will be picked up and transfer to Ha Noi. Have breakfast at local restaurant and then drive to the historic complex of Ba Dinh. Visit Ba Dinh Square, where The Late President Ho Chi Minh declared Viet Nam’s Independence on 2 September 1945, Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum and continue to the One Pillar Pagoda, the must-see monument in Ha Noi – It is an ancient Buddhist pagoda, built in the early 11th century in the reign of King Ly Thai Tong, supported by only one pillar, resembling a Buddhist lotus. Continue to Tran Quoc Pagoda, Quan Thanh Temple. After that, take a flight to Hue. Hotel check-in and relax by yourself. Overnight in Hue. (BLD)
Day 7: Hue
After breakfast, we will visit the Citadel, Hue’s prime attraction, containing the Imperial city, the Forbidden Purple city and the Emperor’s Private Residence. Following the morning activities, we will have a short break for lunch. In the afternoon, we will take a boat trip on the Perfume River with a stopover at Thien Mu Pagoda, considered by many as the unofficial symbol of Hue. It is an active Buddhist monastery with its origins dating back to 1601. One of its most poignant displays is a car belonging to a former monk, who in 1963, drove to Sai Gon and set himself alight to protest against the South Vietnamese regime and its cruel treatment of Buddhist monks and followers. Continue to visit the elaborate tombs of Emperor Khai Dinh. Free time for shopping at Dong Ba market. Back to your hotel. Overnight in Hue. (BLD)
Day 8: Hue – Da Nang – Hoi An
Hotel check-out and depart for Da Nang. We will visit Cham Museum, which shows the most complete collection of rare and valuable items of the famous Cham culture. Continue to visit Marble Mountain, discover the stunning natural caves, enjoy the beautiful view from the summit and visit the mysterious pagodas and the sculpture village. Transfer to Hoi An, check-in hotel. Overnight in Hoi An. (BLD)
Day 9: Hoi An
From the port, we will depart for Thanh Ha Pottery Village where you can learn and enjoy the daily life of Thanh Ha people. Here we will observe the necessary steps used for producing pottery products such as vases, pots, kettles and cooking pots. After we watch the pottery making process, we will take another 30 minute boat ride up the Thu Bon River where we will head to Kim Bong Village. Here you will have the opportunity to observe the shipbuilding area where wooden fishing vessels are built using traditional techniques. You will also make a stop in the carpentry workshop where carpenters create hand crafted furniture and sculptures as well as a range of souvenirs. After we watch the local people creating these beautiful objects, we will then return to Hoi An. Have lunch at local restaurant. Continue to visit Hoi An’s Colorful Local Market, Ancient House, Fu Jian Assembly Hall and the 400-year-old Japanese Covered Bridge. Overnight in Hoi An. (BLD)
Day 10: Hoi An – Da Nang – Departure
This tour will begin with an exciting bicycle ride to a local farm in Tra Que Village. Here you will have an introduction to the history of the village. The short lesson provides a lot of fun information, such as the cultivation of the vegetables as well as the use of vegetables in traditional Vietnamese medicine. You will take a trip around the vegetable garden and join the farmers in preparing the land with seaweed from the local lake. Other activities will include: raking, sowing and watering greens, picking greens and much more. After spending time with the farmers, we will use the rest of the morning working the land in the time honored way, before taking a break to prepare some special foods with a local family. Have lunch at local restaurant and after we will stop by the home of a craftsman in the old streets. Here you can first watch the lantern craftsman’s technique and then practice hands-on through each stage of lantern making under the guidance of the enthusiastic craftsmen: from bending it into frame, cutting cloth, sticking and completing lanterns. Before this trip concludes you will have your own lantern created by your own hands. Free at your leisure until transfer to the airport for departure flight. (BL)

ALL cancellation from the customer arise additional charges as follows:
- More than 90 days before departure: 10% of the tour price
- 30-90 days before departure: 50% of the tour price
- 7-29 days before departure: 75% of the tour price
- Less than 7 days or No show: 100% of the tour price
